About Us

Finding the right place to call "Home" is a difficult task. How do you know if a Property Management Company will hold up it's end of the deal? It has been the experience of many that Private Owners provide a higher quality of service to their tenants. They usually offer a more "personal" touch, and they are known for taking great pride in their properties.

We are very proud to be Family-Owned and Family-Managed! Our tenants and properties mean a great deal to us. We are committed to finding the perfect home for you.

We have 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments, houses and town-homes. We offer luxury Queen Anne style and Victorian properties for those wishing to spoil themselves, as well as standard apartments and efficiencies for the economically-minded.

Additionally, we maintain some of the most affordable storage units in the area.

Brad Butzirus

Brad L. Butzirus
Broker / Owner

Brad was born and raised in Bloomington. He started this business twenty years ago with three single-family houses, while simultaneously running a local pizza parlor that he also owned. Years later, Brad closed his restaurant, so that he could devote more time and energy to renovating and renting the historic properties he has such a passion for. Since that time, Brad has invested even more of his heart in the twin-cities, by offering his years of real estate experience to the buying and selling public. To that end, Brad established Main Street Brokers & Associates - usa, a local real estate brokerage, using the wisdom of yesterday and the technology of tomorrow to help the consumers of today's busy world.
